Long time Ocean State customers. They are the best! Always quick response times, knowledgeable, fair and friendly. Tech Chandler took really great care of our systems and ensured we are prepared for the warm Spring & Summer weather ahead.

I had Sky as my Technician today, it was 30 degrees outside. I have two systems he was maintenancing. Sky did and outstanding job on both systems equipment inside and out. Very Professional, knowledgable, meticulous and personable. I have regular services done on my A/C systems but I failed to notice the lack of attention that one system was receiving. Sky noticed and ask me question about previous services which I could not answer because I don't Helicopter over service personnel to closely and never noticed. Sky attention to detail caught the fact that the coils and drain system lacked cleaning and took it to task correcting this situation and even manufactured himself a tool on the spot to fully complete the service task properly. Great experience. On-call technician ALEX helped me diagnose on phone and found my drain line was backed up. Informed me to clear it and if problems persist I call back. The drain cleared with a shop vacuum and system ran great after. I will be calling back for the outstanding customer service thanks to Alex.

My HVAC system went down and Skylar came out to inspect. Due to the age of the unit and cost to repair, I received a candid and honest recommendation to replace the entire system. Skylar and Michael completed the installation 2 days later. Barry the Service Manager came by in the final stages of installation to review and make sure all was in order. I would strongly recommend Ocean State. The technicians and staff are regular people who treat you like a valued CUSTOMER rather than the corporate conglomerates that see you only as a source of revenue. Chandler and Barry came for routine maintenance service and were super professional, timely, and thorough in services performed. They went above and beyond to ensure system was working effectively before going into the hotter months. Definitely an added bonus having knowledgeable technicians able to provide this service!
