Had Trace Reynolds’s for technician today. He was awesome. He explained the science behind everything with the UV light and helped reinstall the component lower on the HVAC system as it was not ideally placed originally and was also becoming detached from the unit. Trace was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and was helpful in sharing about surge protection and and sent me additional information in upgrading the unit. Very pleased!

I was highly concerned about my AC unit not working for about a week, especially with a very cold weekend coming up here in Jacksonville. Trace came out and did a phenomenal job. He was patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to fully diagnose the system, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His professionalism and customer service went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Truly excellent work.
