Ocean View Plumbing and Rooter

Ocean View Plumbing and rooter has always been my go to for my plumbing needs. The lady on phone is always professional and humorous. They come fast and fix the problem. It's that simple.

They replaced a pipe in an outside wall. The work was ok, but they walked on all my plants outside and killed several. It isn't that hard to avoid walking on a plant in a landscaped garden. It honestly looked like they tried to stomp on my plants. It's lazy and disrespectful way of doing business.

work was half way completed. I paid them & they said they'd be back to fix the issue, however they declined all my outreach attempts. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Would not recommend.

Absolute clowns at this place. I have tried to remain respectful but after 5 months, 3 visits and 20+ calls with them and finally being hung up on today I am done. I have never had an issue with any other business like this and this is not some crazy customer. This place is truly unprofessional and not worth the headache. If this was paid not through my property manager I would have gone else after a month of this. Look elsewhere

How refreshing to find Ocean View Plumbing! They are polite, responded quickly to issues I had, even arranged their schedule to come on the same day that I called. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is great. They cleaned up the area that they dug up, taking care not to dirty the newly painted exterior wall. They are the only plumbers I will use. Thank you!
