There is not a better run business on the planet. Ed is one of the best people around. Service from Ted is nothing short of remarkable. Honest, reliable, helpful and always somebody there for you. Been with them over twenty years and they are truly a remarkable service company. My wife would give me up before them.

Rude would be an understatement to explain the degenerates that represent this company. I have used their services for over 2 years, and when I am in desperate need of service (waking up at 4AM to house at 55 degrees and having an 18 month old), not to mention they claim to have 24 hour service. Yet they have the audacity to tell me to wait to 8:30am. In the interim we found another service provider to come at a moments notice, as we could not wait any longer especially with having a baby in the house. We receive a call from the O’Connor JERKS at 8:25am. When my wife explained that we had to contact someone else he proceeded to yell at her and hang up on her. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THESE JERKS.

Bob was a lifesaver. Needed an emergency delivery of oil and man did he come thru for us. He had the driver turn around and be here within 15 mins on a Saturday no less. The driver was friendly and professional and did the job real fast! A good sign of a great company is when you have people working for you for a long time. We will be using them again.

Great people, very helpful and friendly. Good fuel prices, and they are never late. Just recently starting using them for boiler maintenance, Ted arrived, a real professional, fixed everything, left that area clearer then he found it, and was very reasonable of costs.

Very rude and terrible customer service. Whoever answered the phone said they were having a bad day. However, don’t hang up on the customer if they have questions despite how your day is going.
