O'Connor's Carpet Center

I recently stopped by the showroom on Tremont Ave, and was told they no longer do residential carpet services. My family previously used them and are carpets have lasted more than two decades with regular cleanings and vacuuming. We only are looking for carpet now just to get something more modern. So we're disappointed they're not available now.

I was looking to support a local business and after reading reviews on O'Connors, I decided to give them a try. When I called requesting an in-home measurement, they notified me that I would first have to come in and pick out the carpet. Okay, no problem. I came into the store the next day. Walking in as a young female homeowner looking for carpet suitable to rent my place out, I felt as though I wasn't taken seriously. It didn't bother me much. I continued, and was guaranteed someone would be out to measure on a certain date. On said day, when no one had showed up 30 minutes after my quoted time, I decided to call. The gentleman on the phone asked "Who are you?" I explained I was in and promised a measurement about 30 minutes ago. He said he would be there shortly. He measured, and said o

O'Connors Carpet Center was a joy to work with. Their expertise and knowledge of their products was very helpful in our decision for carpet. Our carpet is beautiful. Installation was awesome and the installers were very helpful. I would recommend O'Connors Carpet Center to anyone looking to purchase carpet for their home.

I have dealt with Peter twice for carpeting in 2 rooms and he came & measured same day, gave me a very nice berber carpet at great price & the men that installed carpeting were on time & did an excellent job, they were very nice good workers . Thanks

totally agree with the customers complaining about the customer service over the phone, these old fashion business are so out of date and don't realize that we live in times where internet reputations matter just as much as having old word of mouth clients, recommendation; spend time catering to your new potential customers over the phone, as a business owner myself, I would had replace all of your customer service, get it together, or you will be closing soon,
