Outstanding service and professionalism from the very first moment. Mitchell and his crew were prompt, polite, efficient and some of the hardest working folks I’ve met. We had a complicated renovation situation with a quick timeline. We changed 4 rooms, knocked out walls, added walls, replaced a window with a door, new floors throughout, and extended a bathroom for an ADA space for my parents. The estimate was reasonable and I felt they went above and beyond to cross the finish line. I’m plotting to schedule the rest of the house as soon as we can with them!

My experience with Ocotillo Flooring can best be described as professional, caring, timely and very customer focused. Each of the guys that came to our house was very respectful of our property and privacy while being determined to do a good job. If I wasn’t 100% satisfied throughout the project with anything, no matter how minor, neither were they, and they would work to put it right. This didn’t just apply to the guys on site, from Rene’s initial surveying to demolition to building to installing to tiling to plumbing. The one person I never met but had constant contact with, was Magali. She managed the logistics of the project from start to finish. Ocotillo Flooring did an excellent job in completing my bathroom remodel/tile project! First, my two project managers Renae & Kat extending positive customer service plus walked me through the entire process to eliminate any miscommunications. Second, the full installation team (plumber, installer crew, lead tiler) with their technical and design abilities they delivered me an exquisite outcome. Cristian (lead tiler) was so precise on making sure my cuts and placement were correct. It was very impressive to watch the team work at each stage! We had a great experience with Octillo Flooring and would highly recommend them. From start to finish Brian made sure we were well taken care of and was always available for anything we needed. Amy had everything scheduled and organized so we knew exactly what to expect and when. The plumbers were professional and timely. Christian the lead tile specialist was outstanding; his expertise and attention to detail was very apparent throughout the installation and with the finished product. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up each day. We are so happy with our new shower. Octillo Flooring exceeded our expectations! We look forward to more projects with them in the near future.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys. We had them install ledger (stack stone tile) on a wall in our family room. The highlights: Finished the job in 2 days - demo to completion Incredibly conscientious - literally cleaned our floor on hands and knees both days of the project Professional in every way including great communication from the back office staff These guys are not the cheapest but I believe you get what you pay for - and they are worth every penny.
