I would give no stars if it were possible. I work for a business that actually fired Octagon due to a lack of communication/ response, and went with another business. The month following that cancellation, our HQ accidentally mailed Octagon a check for the month we no longer used their services. Octagon had issued an invoice for $135.31 for the month of November, and our HQ automatically paid the amount just because it was in our system. Upon realizing the issue, I called several times, left several voicemails, emailed, etc. no response whatsoever despite saying in the voice message that their customers’ calls are “very important”.
