They sent a representative to our apartment to take an inventory of our items for free which was so helpful to make sure enough boxes were ordered and our inventory list + quote was accurate. On actual moving day, the team was super communicative, organized, and efficient. A team of 4 packed up our entire 1 bedroom apartment, meticulously labelled each box, and moved it out 1 flight of stairs in 4 hours. I had an amazing experience with Octomovers. I booked my move for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and they actually arrived early at 9:45 a.m., which immediately showed how professional and punctual they are. I was moving out of a smaller apartment, and they managed to load everything in under an hour it was honestly impressive how efficient and organized they were. On top of that, they were able to help me move during a past snowstorm, and I think everything went flawlessly. The team is quick, careful, and incredibly easy to work with. I highly, highly recommend Octomovers to anyone looking for a reliable moving company, and I will absolutely be using them again for my future moves.

This was my second experience with Octomovers. In the summer of 2025, they packed me up for storage with an upright piano. They did an excellent job wrapping my furniture and padding the piano for storage. Later, in December of the same year, I called Octo back to help pack up my truck for the move from the NY storage unit to my home 5 hours away. Octomovers was the perfect partner for this move. I called the way they back the truck, Jenga. I know another mover would have said that my stuff couldn’t fit because they wouldn’t have taken the effort to pack the truck correctly. Moving is strenuous enough. Add on that it was my first ever move AND it was out of state. My anxiety was through the roof. However Octomovers was able to put me at ease from start to finish.
