Odom Septic Tank Service

Just had them install a septic system for our new home. Got a few quotes. Tried going with two other companies that were a little cheaper, let’s just say cheaper isn’t always better! Ended up calling Odom's to do the job. It is a mound system with a pump tank. Took them two days to complete the work. Very satisfied with them. Communication was great!

This is not Odom’s septic of old. Odom in stalled our septic system 3 years ago for $14,200.00. The company was purchased by Dayton Yates and his father. They do not know what they are doing. $200.00 service call to tell me the septic was not full. The service person did not even open the septic tank lid to check level. Opened up the riser and said it was not full and that we had a main line clog. We spent another $216.10 to have a plumber snake out lines and remove the cover what was found it was full. After contacting the owner he said it would be $450.00 to pump the system and that his person did not misdiagnosis the issue. Then refused to make it right. Shady company do not use.

Called Odom Septic Tank Service first thing on a Monday morning due to slow drainage and no flushing toilets. Luck would have it they were already servicing an area right down the road from my house. They came out right after their first job and got straight to work pumping my septic tank. Turns out, the filter was clogged. My wife said the tech was very nice and explained everything well. We will continue to use them for any septic needs.

These guys are GREAT. Had to get my septic tank pumped because our drains were slow; they were referred to us by Water-N-Wood, so I called them on a Monday; they were out the next day. Ryan on their staff was super-- really nice, really knew his stuff. Opened it right up, pumped it out, cleaned the filter, buttoned it back up. From start to finish, project lasted one hour. We were very pleased.

Very professional, hard working , two gentleman came out installed septic tank, started and finished same day , no hassle , working in the heat of the day, would recommend them and will do business with again. Thank y’all
