Allanah was our technician. She called before the arrival and showed up on time. Very professional and quick as well as efficient with her work. Had our unit service and a few repairs in no time. Very happy to have found this company and will always use them in the future. Highly reccomend. Very reasonable price for the twice a year service the extra work she had to do was well within reason as well.

We’ve counted on P&P for all of our HVAC needs for almost 20 years. The services they’ve provided have ranged from normal cleaning and maintenance, emergency service when our home unit died on a 4th of July weekend, replacement of our original geothermal unit and then the replacement of that unit at the end of its lifespan. They also installed a hotel type unit in our guest cabin. Everyone from the two owners on down have been great to work with, pleasant and professional. Their staff is focused when they are on a call, clean as they go and test/retest to make sure everything is in proper working order before they leave. P&P has again provided great service! Our technician, Bentley, is very knowledgeable on the AC system and on re-establishing and internet connection to the server that allows us to change settings on the AC app. The receptionist in the office is always helpful when we are scheduling a service call. All aspects of dealing with this company has been great!

We've used P&P for 15 years. They are quick and thorough. As usual , they took care of the maintenance on our unit with friendly, capable service. Tim worked hard and cleaned it all out especially our cat hair build-up 😍, which we know isn't easy. I'd recommend them to anyone.
