Tech (Itai) was very friendly and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. We had a door spring snap, and couldnt open do the door with the opener. Wasn't expecting a same night repair (called and asked someone to come out to give me a quote). Pleasantly surprised that the parts were in his truck and the repair could happen so fast. Door opens smoothly and feels balanced.

I had issues with my garage door and it stopped before it completely opened and I ran into the door. This caused the door to be knocked off the tracks. I called and was able to get a consultation same day within a couple of hours. The technician was able to fix my door within 30 minutes. The only con was the price. It seemed a little much to just put the wheels back on the tracks.
