Great experience. I called as soon as they opened hoping to just get scheduled and someone was at my house within the hour. They were extremely pleasant and professional and was done in no time. This company is my go-to for any plumbing needs.

Excellent experience -- I had purchased the wrong size toilet for an install, and they were able to get the correct one and have it installed the next morning (without ever making me feel dumb for buying the wrong one in the first place!). Parker & Willie were professional, quick, and kind.

Preferred Plumbing and the Townsend family recently replaced a water heater as well as fixed a leaking pipe at my residence that I’m under contract to sell. It was important to the buyer that this was taken care of and Parker came out jsut a couple days after calling and completely the work. He did an incredible job and I highly recommend this team.
