I was not happy with this company charging a higher price per gallon upon delivery than the price per gallon I was quoted the day I ordered. No other company I have dealt with for heating fuel has done this with me, and there have been a few. After delivery, before writing the check, I discussed that the price per gallon for the fill up was not the quoted price per gallon when I ordered. I was told by the gentleman "we don't do that (charge the price/gal of fuel on the day it's ordered), we'd lose too much money since the prices have risen a lot over the last week. And I don't know anyone else that does, other than maybe big companies." I didn't want to argue, so wrote the check for the price they were charging per gallon on day it was delivered. But I won't be ordering fuel in the future

We are brand new customers and already we are completely happy and impressed! I was thrilled to tell my husband that we have finally found our permanent fuel delivery company. They are pleasant, caring, thorough, have a very informative website and impressive customer service! We order from them all time! I called them last minute yesterday to have them fill up my tank. They didn’t have to but they were kind enough to deliver after 5. Always enjoy the sweet doggo calendars every year. Speedy response and great service. I recommend calling them first!

First time ordering from here, I think owner operated, was prompt. I forgot to get a check so I taped pile of cash to my door and rolled the dice. Came home to a warm home. Thank you sir. Happy customer. 5 stars
