Bert responded to my after hours call within minutes and came out first thing next morning, determined issue, ordered and picked up parts and installed before noon! Cost was less than his estimate. Job well done! I highly recommend Temple Well Service!

Upon arrival Bert checked for and found no problems with our system inside the house and moved outside to the wellhead and a cold January evening quickly turning to night. A solid cap of ice was obstructing access to our water pump. After chipping, blowtorching and pouring boiling water down into the wellhead over the ice he was able to winch our 30 year old ,dead wellpump up approximately 300 ft to replace it with a new working model. This was all done in little over an hour. You need help? Bert Temple is the guy you need and you will be happy with his services . Highly recommend !!!!

Bert responded to our need for a new water pressure tank very quickly. He let us know that our symptoms may not have been due to the tank, and offered other options and quotes depending on what issue it was. When he came over just a couple days later, he diagnosed the issue, and saved us some money by not installing other, optional expensive equipment. He offered to come back at a different time without the travel fee if we had follow-up issues. He was friendly, kind, and clean! He cleaned up the space so well even though there was a lot of water. Our home water is now running smoothly and I would call Bert again for any well-related issues. He is the best!

After discovering a coliform issue with our well that wasn't responding to a 'shock,' we called Bert. He was fantastic. He laid out our options thoroughly and patiently, and was candid about what he felt would make the most sense given some surprises we discovered about our well during the process. A week later, we have a new UV filtration system and pressure system tank. The latter was another fun surprise (isn't that always the way), but the cost was fair so we moved forward. And now we can drink our well water again and our well pump isn't cycling constantly. Win!
