I thought it was a dream come true that me and my spouse were able to buy a house in the Bay Area, but finding Off Price Carpet & Flooring was truly the dream come true. Located conveniently around the corner where we were renting in Santa Clara, we were able to check on the inventory often. Juan greeted us right away and took care of us from beginning to end; he even came to on-site to ensure everything was installed as we had discussed. Their team was fast, honest, and professional; my friends and family were all surprised that they removed, installed carpet, vinyl planks, and baseboards for ~1700 sqft, and hauled away all in ONE day! I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered carpet, and they wasted 4 days of my time. First, they scheduled a measurement appointment. Someone came to measure, but after that, they stopped answering calls. In the end, they told me the carpet I wanted was already sold. But when I visited the store earlier, they said it was available. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I do not recommend this place.

First time came here to deliver and the experience was nice . The owner Mr. ken was very kind hearted person. Really appreciate.

When carpet is cut and ready to be installed on our stairs, we noticed the Carpet Tack Strip nail may come out through carpet since we chose the low pile carpet. Immediately I called the San Jose store and expressed my concern, and store manager Ken let us to reselect the in-stock carpet from their Santa Clara store (on Scott Blvd.). We quickly went to Santa Clara store, and store manager Juan is waiting for us. Juan is very friendly and he helped us to select the long pile carpet. Juan also phoned installer to pick up the new carpet and continue the carpet installation. Such a quick response and great customer service! The store let us change the carpet without any extra charge, and I still only need to pay the original quoted price. Highly recommend this store.
