I often come here to print out my documents. The staff members are always nice and helpful and very kid friendly. Sometimes Office Depot offers good deals for quality items.

I frequently visit this store and every single time I receive the best service. This particular visit, however, exceeded even that expectation! Leigh, in Copy and Print, came to my rescue! I needed programs for the next day and had waited until the last minute to have them printed. I had such a frustrating day with so much to get done, and it was already evening. Leigh was THE kindest and most helpful during this time. She even suggested the machine folding the programs and reformatted an area that was not centered! That mere suggestion and act brought me to tears! Leigh was definitely a light! I even told her to never doubt the impact that she is making on others in her role in Copy and Print. Came here to get a label printed and package shipped out. While waiting on one of two workers at the printing area to assist me I was skipped over in favor of another customer and had to wait over 10 minutes to be helped. At no point was I acknowledged and when I tried to ask for help I was told it’d only be a moment before being skipped. Completely frustrating and ineffective experience

Office Depot is a great place to buy supplies for your office. Wilson the manager is knowledgeable and also the technician to work on your computer if you have problems. They often have great deals on computers and printers. If you are in the market for one make sure you check them out. You might be pleasantly surprised at what you find. This is the only store I buy my printer ink from. They give $2 credit on your old returns. All and all 100% recommend this store.

Today, I went in to have some brochures printed. There were four employees behind the counter and no customers. I waited ten minutes to be assisted, gave up and walked out of the store. I went to a competitor and they were able to handle my business. I'm not sure why this location stays in business.
