Office Depot

TSA enrollment was a breeze mostly because the Office Depot employee was so patient, knowledgeable and nice. We shopped the store I was third in line and they opened a second register to move us along. Great customer service.

Two out of the photocopiers were out of service. Andrew and Samantha offered to make copies behind the desk, but they required a phone number, name, and other personal details just to make copies. The amount of personal details needed to make copies is pretty ridiculous. Andrew and Samantha should know better, and the corporate policies are pretty stupid.

Go to any Office Depot for your office/school supplies. Staples is ok but Office Depot is excellent. Employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are good. If you have a business, make sure you sign up for Office Depot Business Select. Great prices.

1/10/26. Needed a 200 count Office Depot brand box of sheet protectors used in a 3-ring binder. Have always gotten them here. Was also going to buy a folding document holder. Sadly, there was nothing on the shelf in any denomination, 25, 100, or 200 or any brand - zip! Big shelf display pushing Scotch brand thermal laminating sheet protectors and the needed heat machines. Not what I wanted. Walked the entire store thinking they may be found elsewhere - nope. Not a single salesperson on the floor that I saw or was walking the floor in the 15 minutes I was there. I walked out and did not bother with the folding document holder. I visited the store in Gastonia today ,and we had a young man named Shaun help us ,who was so pleasant and professional. However the general manager “ Don” was working along side Shaun ,and when I first arrived I noticed that he was being really condescending to the young man . I ask the young man how long he had been working there . He said for about a month. The general manager continued to be degrading and condescending to the young man the entire time . It really was making me upset, because the young man was trying and doing a good job, but the general manager found something to say about every transaction the young man would make. Then in addition he kept pulling him to the side to reprimand him. I felt so upset for the young man. I just could not let this go by without bringing
