Excellent customer service today. We were in a bind for certain supplies and they didn’t have them but we were directed to the store that did. I wish I had gotten the young woman’s name, but she was tall with braided hair. Thank you so much. You saved our day

Guy in print shop horrible customer service. Too focused on mundane conversation then listening to customer requests. And that snowballed. I had similar experience 6 months same guy incessant talking while not paying attention to customers explicit instructions. Too bad snowballed into manager having to cut the lock off the to be shredded bin. I haven’t been there in 6 months because of the last experience. Now I’ll never go back that guy needs some training. Focus on the customer request instead of mundane conversation …it’s obvious you aren’t able to do both adequately

I placed a rather large order for rack cards to be used for a trade show. I originally tried to place the order online because the website said the particular cards I was ordering were in stock at my local store. Then on the checkout page, it was giving me a date two weeks out despite the cards being marked in stock at the local store. We called the store and they said the larger orders online are automatically marked to be printed at corporate because of the size, but if we came in store they would be able to bypass that and print it in store. Then when we went to the store, we were told they couldn’t honor the online price and it would be significantly more expensive (8+ times more) than what we had tried to order.
