Official Port of Galveston SMP Cruise Parking Garage

Could load faster. I have been there twice and it's an hour wait if your three blocks away. Staff is super friendly. But it is covered parking if you get there early. And there is a covered walkway if the weather is bad

We went on a 14 day cruise and parked our truck here. We got off the ship and walked out to the truck and there was tape on our drivers side window. Assuming someone broke into our truck, we immediately went to the front office area where they very kindly shared with us that we accidentally left our drivers side window down and they very thoughtfully taped it up for us while we were gone! I will never park anywhere else! Talking about above and beyond…this garage is amazing. By the way, we’ve been on 6 cruises through Galveston and ONLY park here! Lifetime customers now for sure!!!! This garage is AMAZING!

Easy to reserve a parking space and easy to park. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy walk across the street to the Carnival Cruise terminal. I have used this parking facility many times and recommend it highly.

We paid for covered garage parking and when we arrived the only spots left were not covered at all. We chose this place because it was across from the port. Doesn't seem far until they tell you elevator is broken and no shuttle. We had to do 5 levels of stairs, walk a very long way while carrying luggage. Do not recommend.

Really big parking spots, if you want a covered space get there early, I got there aa little bit after noon and I had to park on the roof (completely my fault) other than that a perfect experience.
