O&G New Milford Asphalt Plant

We use O&G at many locations due to the nature of our work and buy hot asphalt in different plants. We are very happy with the quality of service and products- that’s the reason for the 2 stars. Unfortunately we’ve had a problem at this particular plant (New Milford). It has happened to me twice to buy asphalt just before the plant closing time and after 20 minutes the asphalt is already cold and hard, impossible to work with. (Asphalt takes a long time to get cold specially in an above 70F day like today). I’ve already asked for refunds and the management ignores me. So I recommend anyone buying asphalt there to make sure you check the temperature before leaving the plant. I already lost a lot of money and time with this bad business practice and don’t want this to happen to anyone else.
