OGD Overhead Garage Door

Ordered a new LiftMaster myQ garage door system with door. The company just sent a single installer, as opposed to the standard practice of having two professionals tackle the task. That resulted in the install taking over 8 hours. The installer at first wasn't going to replace the rusted/bent garage door tracks with new ones that accompanied my purchase. Then after the 8+ hour job was completed, the only thing the installer demonstrated was how to open and close the door using the wall button. A few days after installation I called into OGD for support as to how the camera worked, since it wasn't visible. A spring broke on my garage door and caused some other issues and Mohammad came and fixed it for me. He was polite and professional and honest. Treated me very fairly. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need when I told him I just wanted to fix it the best way that makes sense economically.
