OGD Overhead Garage Door

I recently called OGD to replace the sensors on our Liftmaster opener, which had been installed by another company. Within just five months, I began receiving error codes from the MyQ app indicating a sensor safety issue. The garage door wouldn’t close at all — not with the remote, and only if I held down the wall button. After troubleshooting with Liftmaster technical support, the problem was narrowed down to either the sensors or wiring. Liftmaster sent me new sensors for the opener, and I reached out to OGD for installation. I chose OGD because of their long-standing reputation and positive Google reviews. When I called, Giselle scheduled me for a same-day appointment with a service window of 11–2. The technician, Anthony Ezell, arrived promptly and was both professional and personable

Knowledgeable, On time, professional, and the only garage repair/service person who actually showed up and did the job in a timely and efficient manner. I had called four different garage repair companies from 8:30 to 3:30 in the afternoon and they neither showed up or called back or were professional on the phone. I finally contacted my neighbor who told me she only used this company and they were her go to garage door, Specialist. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company and especially ask for Alex. Good job guys!

Something was stuck and I mangled the garage door while opening it (see image). I couldn't close it. Called OGD who was quick to respond with a skilled garage technician. He made the repair look so easy. And adjusted the motor settings. Door opens and closes more smoothly now.

Called at 6:35pm for emergency service and got a call back at 7:15pm. Guy asked if I could wait until tomorrow and when I said no he told me he would see if he could get a tech out. Needless to say I never got a call back or a tech out. Luckily I was able to get the door down myself so I didn't have to stay the night at work. Thanks for nothing. I will make sure never to call or recommend this company again, they obviously have enough business that customer service is not a priority.

Unpacked into my garage without opening because I was in a hurry. Ouch! Mason came right out and assured me he would have it fixed up soon and he did. From the moment I called (this was my second maintenance with them ) they were professional, quick, let me track Mason s travel and was more than reasonable for the repair. Made my day!!!! Thank you for your friendly company who still cares to serve!!
