OGD Overhead Garage Door

OGD came out in the last quarter of 2025 at my request to maintenance one of my doors. Technician gave me the quote, i said yes, he serviced the door and i paid. The door they serviced in the last quarter had a pulley break on 1/11/26. I called and they came out today only to charge me for the faulty pulley that broke. Im at a loss for words right now!!!! I guess I should be grateful that they came out so 🤷 fast

OGD is the best! Quick telephone response. Quick same day service call. Our repair tech Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. I was initially understanding when Overhead Garage Door (OGD) installed the wrong garage door with the wrong windows and explained that the manufacturer messed that part up. However, the door has shaken violently since the day it was installed and was never properly checked after installation. It won’t close correctly, reopens on its own, and I’m forced to close it manually, putting stress on my new motor. It will take 12 weeks from payment for the correct door to be installed, and at this point I haven’t been able to speak with anyone in charge—only being told the issue would be “passed along.” The entire experience has been extremely frustrating.
