OGD Overhead Garage Door

David Herrera was the technician. David arrived earlier than expected. He quickly assessed our needs; thoroughly explained what was needed; and efficiently and effectively corrected our problem with garage door. We were really pleased and can have peace of mind. I called them out and told them that my door was only opening a couple feet. And then would open back up so I was fairly certain one of the sensors was bad or out of alignment and they had just put it in a couple short ago. When I call, they said it was a fifty nine dollar service charge, and I figured he would be able to check those sensors.And adjust them under that amount. Boy was I wrong. He did check the sensors and realign them and said there was a loose wire on one, so he fixed that. Approximate time to diagnose of sensors and screw that wire back on was twenty minutes. When I went to pay, I assumed it would be the fifty nine dollar service call and it turned out.It was over two hundred dollars plus the fifty nine dollar service fee. Basically, it was about a three hundred dollar

Went back to OGD because excellent the first time I had them 2 years ago, this time problem with keypad so they offered new keypad and maintenance for $425, mind you ONLY issue was keypad, tried to up sale me. Technician seemed a little disappointed that I decided to do nothing but OGD charges $59 just to come and give diagnosis, others free estimate so they made money, to make a long story short, someone else came out and said your 9 volt battery is dead, so keypad once again working for $5, I saved $425 no saved $366 lost $59 to have OGD come out.

Tech arrived on time. Tech was very respectful and courteous. He was very professional addressed the issue that i had with my gate opener and explained everything to me. I not only had my gate issues solved,but i also was given instructions on how to solve problem,should it happen again. I highly recommend this company for all your gate or door automatic issues. Oh yea! And the bill was very reasonable!!!!
