These guys are absolutely amazing. They're really easy to work with they answer all my concerns and questions. When I ask them probably too many, never got upset, easy to conversate with. When a fir tree landed on our house in a January 2024 storm, we knew we wanted to work with a reconstruction expert and were pleased to find OHI in our community. Our estimator, George Husbands, was very experienced, knowledgeable and adept at estimating the repairs and working with our insurance company. Brent McKenney, our project manager, was a very experienced craftsman, attentive to details and responsive to requests. We felt like he finished requests before we even got to finish asking for them. We also appreciated always feeling like we had open lines of communications with everyone including OHI owner, Nate George who was always responsive. We had a horrible experience dealing with the unprofessional staff/ project manager at OHI related to a restoration project. We were matched with OHI through our insurance company. The insurance company ended up opening an investigation against OHI related to the the extensive amount of time the project took. The PM commonly didn't return our calls or emails for weeks at a time. They connected us with a "moving company" who broke multiple items from our daughter's room and were physically unable to move heavy items (which is why we hired them). Their dirty shoes destroyed our carpet. The "moving company" appeared to be a bunch of random tatted friends completely lacking professionalism and reaking of cigarette smoke. We refused to allow the moving company back in our home after the restora

OHI crew did amazing! They all went above and beyond the call of duty. Even when there was a scheduling conflict, Nate and Madeline did a great job of making sure I never felt alone and reassured me all would be ok. I very much appreciate the cooperation with my scheduling and understanding of my work schedule.

They worked well w/me till the finish work started. I constantly asked if the finishes were in line. I never got a complete answer. When I was told to use McAdam Floor, for Floor finish, counters and tile. I did this 3 months in advance of install. I used there designer. Every product I would ask if it was in our price range. She said yes. I asked all along where we were on price. We finally got a final price, OHI said we were $40,000 over. I asked to see where we were over and they refused. We ultimately paid. Too early! They still needed to finish items. They did unprofessional finishes and refused to do the last few item! I say they built a nice home but just don’t like to finish. There is lack of communication that will cost you thousands of $$$’s
