Ohio Aeration and Septic

Bill from Ohio Aeration and Septic came out to inspect my system and was fantastic to work with. He took the time—despite the rain—to walk through everything with me, thoroughly explaining what he saw and what might be causing the issues. What really stood out was his honesty. Rather than trying to upsell me on expensive services, he recommended a practical “wait and see” approach. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, straightforward, and respectful of your time and money. Highly recommended.

Bill is extremely quick to respond to any issues you may have. I was having an issue with another provider that is dragging their feet on the issues I was having. I called Bill, and he came out immediately. Explained my issue, and the options I had. He quickly got my issue resolved as well as my future business. I highly recommend him.

Due to the rain our septic system backed up and ruined our aerator and timer. Called Bill and he was very prompt and kind! Replaced our aerator and timer in a timely manner! Wouldn't use anyone else! You can't go wrong with Ohio Aeration and Septic!

Bill installed a new leach field for us last year. He did great work & a nice guy to work with. Will go with him in the future if services are needed.
