I’d recommend going another route. We were sold on the convenience factor from Home Depot. It has been nothing but a mess. We were told that the countertops and cabinets would all be able to be done within 3/4 days, it took a week just to wrap and reface the cabinets. We were told they would remove everything. There is a drawer, sink and parts of our old cabinet left in our yard. We paid hundreds of dollars to have under our sink rebuilt, they put up a few pieces of plywood on the back wall. They screwed up the wrap so now they have to take an entire half inch off of the width of our counter tops, and we don’t want that at all. The counters would be too thin. They measured wrong so two of the doors are the complete wrong size. We are going to be weeks without a usable kitchen. I

We have been extremely happy with our new cabinet doors and drawer fronts. We truly had a great experience from the prompt sales experience with Scott. Cody did the measuring for the cabinets and they fit perfectly. Finally we had Ron install our cabinet doors and it was completed in one day and house was cleaned up. He really cared about them being installed perfectly. We are very pleased!!

We are very happy with our kitchen remodel, every one we worked with did a great job and made sure we were 100% satisfied with their work. Our salesman Scott S. was very patient with my pickiness and provided me with additional samples other than what he had with him. And ask for Max to be your cabinet installer, he did a wonderful job - was conscientious, detailed and kept in frequent communication with us. ( Before photo is last.)

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I thought I was playing it safe by hiring a large company like Home Depot to reface my cabinets and update my kitchen. I couldn't have been more wrong. The salesman that came to my house was the last professional I have seen. The three day installation was started on May 11. Today is June 29 and I am still living out of boxes and cooking in my Microwave which is on the living room floor. The doors and drawers were order4d incorrectly and had to be reordered. Now the parts are in and I am getting the run around from the Ohio Home Pro scheduler. I spent a fortune only to be treated this way.

A few hinges on one of the doors have broken twice now. The metal piece should be on top of the white plastic to the left of it. Once it comes off, you cannot close the door. The hinge has to be removed and replaced. Getting a replacement has been the biggest issue. Left messages and sent emails, no response. Will give it another week before I find other hinges and start replacing all of them as they break with a different hinge design. On the subject of the drawers, they are a far cry from being soft close. The drawer slides do not have ball bearings, so you have to push the drawers closed. Yes, by definition they are soft close but most of the time the drawers stay open by an 1-2". Or you have to almost have to slam the drawer shut to get it to catch and close on its own. Not sure I w
