In Chicago where you are being charged $37 for 1 hour, this Parkin is the most affordable one, $20 for 12 hrs in weekends. Highly recommended.

Super convenience and affordable if you go online and pay for it ahead of time. There's generally plenty of room too.

My goodness I had the strangest most frustrating situation yesterday at this lot. My partner and I made a human error and parked in the wrong spot in this lot and the lot attendant was so weirdly aggressive about it and then wouldn’t tell us where the free parking spots were for Moca. It escalated because of this behavior and I fell into his misery trap and lost my cool. I really wish he’d have just helped us rather than try to be a jerk—just say where the reserved spots are —I’m not sure what the freaking problem was. He then started throwing out physical appearance insults at us too. Super weird behavior and I’m not sorry I yelled back at that wacko.

The man who runs this lot was extremely rude and unprofessional. First of all, when I arrived on a Sunday he was not there. I looked around for a sign or anything and there were no instructions on how to park at the lot. I paid $20 initially and then the parking attendant found me while he was walking his dog. He whistled and hollered at me until I returned. He then made me pay again because apparently the transaction doesn’t go through unless you press the print receipt button, which again there was no instructions!!! He kept saying the transaction would not go through and when I asked him if he was sure, he responded that he worked there for over 70 years and just knew. Lo and behold I was charged $20 twice. Absolutely horrible service.

Really great experience. I’ve gone a couple of times and even on busy days they have been really nice and super quick to direct me where to park. Would recommend to others
