Service pro sends their guys here for trainings. This is all you need in restoration from water or mold. They are also passionate about what they do. Our old cat peed all over our basement carpet before we discovered the issue. We removed carpet and Ohio Valley Restoration cleaned and treated the concrete, baseboards and walls. They are very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and couldn't be nicer people! We highly recommend!

They asked me to have someone available daily to check on equipment. No one called or showed up from Wednesday to Monday. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very expensive for 2 dehumidifiers and 6 fans!!
