UPDATE 2020: The company has responded to my review posted two years ago, and refuted some of my claims. In the interest of transparency, I shall address their comments here, and maintain that you should absolutely go literally anywhere else for a roof job. 1.) We had initially contacted Ohrt and Goodman in 2015, which according to their records is within 9 years after the roof was installed. I do not have the details of the terms of the warranty, and it may be true that it was outside of the legal terms regardless. The reason it took me 3 years to write this review is because it took them that long to finally respond to me about the roof they installed. 2.) When we were trying to get the roof repaired, we had approximately 10 companies come out to inspect the roof. ALL of them said that

I think Ohrt and Goodman did an incredible job on our roof. They have really good estimates. Don carried out the job all the way through. Would highly recommend.
