Oil Patch Fuel Corporation

Horrible Company…with very poor customer service. I purchased oil from them and they never lit my wick on my oil tank. So my heating service is not working. I just moved to the house and it’s cold. I called the Company back numerous times and nobody has yet to show up like the dispatcher promised and I’m on day 3 now. On top of that no one has even bothered to call me back yet. Don’t waste your time if you need emergency heating. Oil patch fuel is the worst!!!

Brennan the dispatcher was awesome. Answering all my questions and sending a delivery the very next day. The company I have used for years dropped the ball this season, and wanted me to wait weeks for a fuel delivery. I was out of oil and didn't want my radiator system to freeze up. Kenny the delivery driver was friendly and courteous. I now have a new go-to company. I like on demand oil, and don't need a bells and whistles service contact. Thanks oil patc

It started off rocky when I was told I was on the morning schedule, but I did not arrive until after 5 pm. I had to go to work, call into the office, and explain the situation. I switched with another employee's shift so I could be home for the delivery, and I also paid for them to prime it. I was informed that I could go to work and that they would call the driver to see if he could arrive by 5 pm. If not, he would fill it and come back the next day to prime it without charge. The next day, I called, and a very rude employee told me he would not be coming back to Prime unless I paid 25 dollars. I asked to speak with the manager so I could explain what I was told, and I waited an entire day. They did come back and prime without me having to pay and additonal 25. But John said the employe

Paul went above and beyond to make sure I had oil in this storm. He backed the truck up, walked the hose down the driveway , walked in 3 inches of snow filled up my tank. I am so grateful. Paul will always be my hero. Thank You Paul.

Great service and nice people. Paul and Rob came at night, helped troubleshoot a furnace free of charge, and were generally very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!
