Very nice employees. I run out of oil, they made their best to delivery the oil on the same day, even though I live a little bit far from the company. They even spent a lot time communicating with me over the phone.

Poor customer service. The technician repaired the oil furnace. Just 2 weeks later the furnace broke again. When I called I was told it would cost me $350 just to dispatch him again. No warranty of their recent prior work? Not even offering to send him at least to see if it’s something related to his work? Over the phone the owner gave me the impression I was bothering him. I would assume that after being a customer for 2-3 years someone would be treated differently. Not to talk that this experience came right after I purchased $600 worth of oil from them. This poor experience made me transition out of oil to heat my residence. I am switching to a heat pump. Heat pumps are more efficient now and they work well in cold climates. Oilman is amazing, honest, upfront, and kind. When we had no heat or hot water, boiler service was immediate. We changed our oil tank with them and it was inpacable. The technician Danny is awesome. We have been filling out the oil and getting our services with them for 4 years now! I wanted to come in and say how much my wife and I appreciate this company.

We usually heat our home with a pellet stove, only using the oil furnace if we are away. The pellet stove broke and the shipping for the replacement part was expected to be 4 or 5 days, no biggie……….then I looked and saw we were almost completely out of oil!! I called Oilman and spoke with them explaining my situation. They told me they would get it to us as soon as possible. I ordered the oil around 12:00/12:30 pm hoping that it would be delivered before we ran out of oil. I came home from work at 2:43 pm and saw the tank was filled! We didn’t’ sign a contract with them, we’ve never even ordered oil from them before, yet they still delivered the oil within 2 hours of me placing the order! I am very happy with Oilman and will use them in the future when I need more fuel oil.
