The workmanship done was impeccable and really respect the gentlemen doing the hard work. However, will never engage with this company again. The communication was awful, the pricing was aggregious and not to mention when they talked me out of the paint color I wanted, they would only redo for 3x the next highest quote to fix. Never told me how long anything would take, etc. 10/10 would NEVER recommend. What should've been an exciting home project and improvement was just a big disappointment.

We needed to replace/upgrade the front steps of our Irving Park home and Olar Construction came highly rated by a neighbor with a quote that beat out other estimates. The work was well done, well managed, and the end product looks great. Highly recommend!

The team at Olar is incredible! They did our master bath renovation and from start to finish have done an impeccable job. They are so professional, amazing attention to detail, wonderful workers and customer service.

Olar completely renovated my condo kitchen, including knocking down 2 walls, rebuilding a ceiling lighting structure, custom cabinets, countertops, backsplash - we worked with an architect (Miguel Cruz). Also, laid wood floors throughout my condo, replaced old doors on closets, repainted the entire condo. They did this in promised time, without my supervision or worrying, they were prompt, efficient, and within their organization, had the best workers in my mind. They were also the lowest bidder, but I’d go with them anyway after my experience. The main supervisor was somewhat of an artist and his work shows. So professional from start to finish of a complete renovation of the master bath. Ed the foreman helped me through some design challenges, had excellent suggestions and was always available to answer questions. Diego and Andy were always on time and left the area tidy at the end of the day. I highly recommend this team.
