My husband and I are doing a major remodel of our kitchen; think pull out all the stops, dream kitchen. After receiving a glowing recommendation for Old City Kitchens from a friend, we decided to travel to Knoxville to meet with a kitchen designer. We were fortunate enough to meet with Austin P. He patiently worked with us to design a kitchen that met all our requirements and more. He made helpful suggestions on ways of better using our space that we had not even considered. He was kind enough to warmly praised the careful measurements I brought to our meeting. With them, he was able to show us exactly how the kitchen would look. I purchased cabinets for my kitchen, dry bar, and laundry area from Old City Kitchens. I went to Old City Kitchens because 2 of my neighbors had gone there and highly recommended them. Joel and his staff did an excellent job in helping me find a style,color, and layout that optimized the use of space that I had and the look that blended nicely with the theme of my barndominium. Their prices are very competitive. The quality of the cabinets and the availability of my order made me very happy. Since my purchase, at least 3 other neighbors have used them to provide their cabinetry. The service before and after the sale was exceptional.

Even though my cabinets were installed 2 1/2 yr.ago, when I recently called to ask a question about a simple need, Brian H. insisted on coming to my house which is 45 minutes away. He quickly took care of the problem with an ingenious idea and even made a couple of minor, unseen adjustments on other doors. His delightful personality, going beyond the call of duty and professional skill is unequaled. Cheers to Old City for employing this quality of service members.

Preston and Austin helped us with design of our kitchen for our new home, We also met their Father, the owner, while we were there, great people and very helpful! We are in the process of having cabinets installed and could not be more pleased! Highly recommend Old City Kitchens!
