Old City Parkominium

Do not park here, especially not as a monthly customer. The employees here are careless with your car. The employees here will scratch and dent your car, go through your glove compartment for money and valuables, and even smoke weed inside your car so they don't get caught by the manager. The co-owners (J&M, especially penny-pinching Michael) will do everything to avoid taking responsibility and pay to repair the scratches and dents caused by their employees' negligence and careless. Do not park here!

I wanted to park and go to a bar close by. This parking garage gives me the creeps. The staff here came up to us wearing a hoodie and no badge. I couldn't tell if he was legit, but he was nice. I paid $10 to park here and came back like an hour later but could've parked here longer for the same rate.

Monthly valet parking, at first I was hesitant about what valet parking would be like but Rob and his team are professional, fast and safe. I was living two blocks away and would call the guys over at Parkominium give them my monthly parking number, head out of the house walk over and my car was waiting with key on the dash. Everyone of the staff at the garage are super polite and made my experience super enjoyable. The location is great if you live in Old City you can exit 95 at exit 22 and pass any traffic turning onto Callowhill with a few blocks off the exit you enter the garage. Leaving is just as easy first left out of the garage and you are under the Ben Franklin Bridge right at the 95 entrance. Rob the manager responded to all of my emails when I had questions about the process.

Unfortunately I will not be parking here again. I’ve been parking here for roughly 6 months and over time I started to slowly notice any and all loose change would go missing. It had stopped for a brief period, so I thought nothing of it. Last week I came to find my car with items that were in the center console spread around my car, very clearly indicating someone had gone through the contents of my car. I brought this to the managers attention, and he was very helpful and I do not blame him at all for this, but the same day, more of my change went missing. I believe that 90% of the people who work here are genuinely nice people, who if you are respectful to them, they are respectful to you. Parked there for a week after they broke into my car overnight. The vale system was efficient and I did not have issues with miles going up unlike other reviews mentioned. $270 for monthly members. Great service, thank you!
