Old Dominion Chimneys

I had Aaron come out to give me an estimate for installing a stove. Initially, I asked if the team could move the stove inside from where it was delivered, but I ended up having the stove delivery company (Acme) put it in place. However, when installation day came, Aaron wasn’t the one who showed up. The team that arrived seemed unclear about what had been discussed with Aaron. As a result, part of the pipe was improperly installed and is now permanently stuck in my wall. Additionally, the black stove pipe had noticeable silver scratches and was cut in a rough, uneven manner. I had to specifically request that they repaint it so it would look new again—something I believe should have been done without having to ask, especially since both the stove and pipe were new. My two techs, Brad and Nick, arrived on time and went right to work inspecting my two chimneys. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. After inspecting the chimneys from below with a camera they did the same from the roof. They came in and provided me a summary before leaving, and told me a report and estimate would be arriving by email in 2-3 days. I was impressed by these gents and the job they performed.
