Disappointed I had an appointment scheduled at 4 PM September 2 and an hour before my appointment time. Abraham called and wanted pictures of the project. I told him that My Husband was leaving work to meet him. He wasted our time. He never showed up and he canceled his appointment 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up. We went with a different company. He could have stay true to his word and didn’t. We wanted honest work. We got it over the phone on a text.

Mike and his team did an amazing job with our screened porch. He was very professional and easy to work with on details of our project. We couldn't be happier with the work performed and highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and excellent customer service and communication.

The Owner, Mike Monahan, did a wonderful job building our new deck, screen porch, and boathouse at Lake Anna. First class service and quality of construction. His crew is terrific, and Mike is a class act to work with. We could not be more pleased.

Honest, professional, and caring are just a few positive words I can use to describe them! I was told repairing this old deck would cost as must as replacing it. They did a terrific job and built the new deck in 3 days time as promised and sent me pictures! The cost was exactly as expected and they stayed in communication from the time of my request through the final inspection of the new deck. The new owner's said it's beautiful and love it! I can't say enough about the owner Mike and his crew of professionals. He is a true staple in the Caroline community and has done nothing but treat us like family. He built my mother's deck around 7 years ago and was one call away when it came time to schedule mine. His team arrived on time, stayed on schedule and knocked the job out the park! If you want your deck done right your best bet is to go with a company that cares and his is it.
