Joanie is great at making you feel welcome and helping in every way possible. Great customer service. Great prices on storage units and uhaul trucks. Plus extras if need like boxes, tape, locks for your unit, and dollies for moving heavy furniture can be bought or rented depending on what you need for your move. The best part is the units are available for entry 24/7 but code is needed so its very secure.

I rented a storage unit there for 1 year and when I was finally able to move my things I discovered my furniture and all my things were damaged by field rats! Yes the big one's! The staff was hateful and rude about the situation. Told my husband and I the only thing they knew to do was put on gloves and get it all out. I was told by the management that the units on either side of our unit must of stored food in there unit causing them the rats to jump from one unit to the next in the process destroying all my belongings! I paid these ppl 1000. Dollars and they Could have cared less...so moral ofc k vmmmmm?.

I usually never do reviews and most of the time i try not to complain and I have used a few storage places in the past but so far this one has been the worst!! I noticed the hoses were going through my unit I guess from the ac from the climate control units that were on the other side. Every time I went to my unit the ground in front of my unit would be wet. My things were in tht unit for a while but when I began to move my things out only my items tht were along the wall where the hoses were at were destroyed by mold and mildew and Due to the fact that they knowingly put the hoses there knowing tht condensation would build up i asked could they replace some of my items being a single mom and that's all that I have their response was no with no sympathy at all.
