Old-Fashioned Electric

I used old-Fashioned Electric to do an inspection on a new home. The inspection was very thorough. I decided to hire them to replace the electrical panel at my new home. We were very pleased. Scott and Evan are extremely personable, professional, and a delight to have in my home. Highly recommend Old-Fashioned Electric!

I recently had a tricky electrical issue with tripped/blown breakers that powered a big swim spa in my backyard. I contacted Scott due to Old-Fashioned Electric getting many positive reviews on Google and decided to hire him for this project and I’m glad I did! He was very professional, prompt, communication was great and diagnosed the issues with not only the breaker panel but the junction box, sub-panel and even trouble-shot the swim spa to figure out how to get power back to get it up and running again. I had an excellent experience with Scott Clanton at Old-Fashioned Electric. Scott was quick to respond to my text and was able to arrange an appointment within a day. He figured out our issue having to track wires across rooms and floors and repaired it in a short time frame. He and his team were very professional but also incredibly personable. I would highly recommend based on speed, knowledge, and cost, which was reasonable. Five stars!

Scott did a fantastic job for us. Replaced exterior sconces and flood lights with updated fixtures. He swapped out old switches and receptacles in basement really giving an updated look. The best of all was he was able to add recessed lighting in two basement rooms that I didn’t think would be possible. All of his work was extremely professional.

Excellent service, highly recommend. Very professional and punctual. Fair prices. I had a light fixture fall out of the ceiling and Scott was able to squeeze me in very quickly to fix the problem. I’ve also had him do some more serious electrical work and he did a great job. Will be using them again.
