Old Floor 2 New was recommended to me by a trusted contractor. Arnie and Allison were an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed emergency flooring on two of three levels of my new home and wanted the same flooring that I had wasn’t available anywhere. They reached out to venders and based on photos were able to find 3 samples for me that were pretty darn close, with one of those being spot on. The floors were ordered on a Thursday and they were installed on Monday and Tuesday, so I could move in on Thursday. The two installers did an incredible job. They were fast, courteous and clean. They took time to show my two middle schoolers how the floors were coming along in their new rooms and even answered a bunch of questions they were asking. I recently purchased a house in Richmond Illinois and needed help with the hardwood flooring situation where parts of the floor were damaged, but most was good. It was difficult to find matching wood, but with the help of the people at Old Floors 2 new, their crew did a great job matching up the wood I found with the wood that was on the floor and they did a wonderful job very thorough. Very neat and professional. Can’t thank them enough for such a great job. My wife and I are very pleased with them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used old Floor2 New to replace our home's carpet with hardwood. Allison was amazing and her entire team did a great job- from providing the estimate, matching the wood with the already existing flooring. I wanted them to finish by a certain date and they actually were able to finish the work a day earlier than what we had discussed. The team did a fantastic job with the floors and I highly recommend them.

We recently used Old Floor 2 New and are EXTREMELY happy! I was told by numerous people that these guys were the best, and let me tell you they are! I am not much of a reviewer but I had to leave 5 stars for these guys. Not only did they do a beautiful job on installation, but they got the product in record time. We had a short span of time to complete this project since it was at a dental office. Reasonable prices as well! Highly recommended!

I hired old floor 2 new to replace my flooring on my first floor with LVP. Allison was great to work with from helping pick out the product, color and communication from start to finish. The crew that came for installation was professional, clean and did a great job. I have been very happy with the flooring.
