Their team responded right away with a free estimate via email and I was able to make an appointment that way as well. Nick T. was the technician, he was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with our washer along with what our options would be! I paid less than the original price quoted for the repair since he ended up just doing a diagnostic for us. Will definitely call them again with issues we may run into the future with our other appliances!

Nick diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He was very transparent and explained that the parts and labor would be equal to a new washer. He was very punctual, polite and considerate. Impeccable service and communication!

Called Reliafix since I smelled a burning smell coming from my dryer. They were able to send someone out the next day, cleaned out the dryer and confirm the problem was solved. Great service, very knowledgeable, professional and even confirmed if it was okay to arrive earlier than expected. I just wish I contacted them earlier when my dishwasher and microwave went out rather than purchasing a new appliance. I 100% will be using their service for any issues I have.

Nick came in today to fix our D/Washer. Very soft spoken but went at it into his work. He also went out of his way to get an additional part /accessory at the H Depot. Very efficient. We will rehire this team again. Great Job Nick.
