Old Hilliard Plumbing

Had a couple jobs lined up for them. Had a gas line run for a new gas range, we got a free estimate and had it installed in a matter of days. The technicians were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We also had old plumbing removed and new placed after a kitchen upgrade. Again very friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!

They came on very short notice. Adam did a great job repairing the shower valve. witth out cutting the wall. Nice small local business. We will use again when needed.

Have used Old Hilliard multiple times for issues with toilets and garbage disposal. They are very easy to communicate with, responsive, and are able to get out for service quickly. Technicians were knowledgeable and friendly.

This is the fourth time I have used Old Hilliard Plumbing. Each time they are always very reliable and knowledgeable. Their hourly rate is very reasonable for 2022. I recently had my garbage disposal replaced by Anthony. He was very friendly and quick. He tested it and made sure there was no leaks or issues. Had him check my sump pump for a concern I had and he was honest and suggested to leave it as I had it. I am guessing most companies would have fixed it and charge me an extra hour. Definitely will continue using their service in future needs. Thank you.

I called Old Hilliard Plumbing searching for a company that could fix a gas lantern that was wasn't burning properly. The technician who came to my house was very nice, but said they used to have someone on staff who fixed gas lanterns, but they no longer do. He left and I never got any follow-up. He didn't fix anything. Then I got a bill. If you know you don't have the people on staff with the knowledge to fix a specific problem - you should tell the customer that up-front. I told them over the phone the problem I was having before the technician came out. I called the office asking why I'm being billed when there was no service performed, and I have never received a call back. And then I get billed again with a note that I need to pay the bill ASAP.
