Bily notified us an hour before arrival, sent a text as soon as he arrived so we could go meet with him. Great communication throughout the process. He took photos of each issue and gave a thorough explanation of the options for each. We will definitely request him on our other properties and recommend to our friends.

Steven cleaned my residential septic tank yesterday morning. He arrived on time and was done in one hour from start to finish, he was very friendly and he went over what he did in clear detail and he left the site in level and raked condition. Outstanding job all around.
