I have used this company for 4+ years now and can tell you that they are hands down the best pest company I have ever had. They do such a thourough job each and everytime they come out. The technicians Jill & Brandon take the time to not only spray but remove spider webs, set mouse traps etc. Let me give you an example of how they go way above and beyond the call of duty for their customers. Our cameras caught a mouse running around in our basement when we were not at home. I contacted Old River Pest to have them go out during their next scheduled visit to take care of this issue as the driveway had 4" of snow and would not be easily accesible. We just purchased a property and while we don't have any major problems currently beyond a few spiders, we want to keep our place bug free for our VRBO/AirBNB guests. We had Brandon and Old River come out to treat our cabin at recommendation of a neighbor. They did not disappoint. In a time where contractors frequently don't show up, don't return calls, are late, fail to do what is promised- Old River was a fresh breath of air and was extremely professional, friendly, delivered precisely what was promised for the price quoted (which was very reasonable), and gave me the utmost confidence that they will take care of us going forward. This is an excellent local company dedicated to providing not only great pest control services, but great customer service as well.
