Brad and the team were excellent and I cannot recommend then more. We had carpet installed and Brad was very friendly during the walk through and his recommendations were spot on. They moved quick and the installers was flawless. We did find one at that needed to be fixed so I texted Brad and he sent someone out the next day which was resolved. Brad helped us choose great flooring and carpet for our home. He personally came to measure our floors on short notice. His crews showed up timely and kept our flooring installs on track. They also worked with painters working in the home on the best order to complete the floors so the painters could keep working. We love our floors and love how easy they clean up.

I love my new carpeting. Brad recommended the better pad for extra cushion and one level down from the more expensive carpeting. It saved us about $200 and we are thrilled with the results. It is very soft and cushiony, just what we wanted for our bedroom. It came in earlier than expected and we had it installed the next day. Great quality, price and customer service.

When we purchased our house we had very limited time to paint and carpet the entire upstairs of our house before move in. The people at Old Town were very easy to work with and exceeded our expectations on helping meet our deadlines. I would highly recommend these guys. Exemplary service and attention to detail. Brad listened and helped me through the decision process. There are a lot of choices. I had specific requirements for details of how the new wood floor should be finished around the fireplace and doorways. The floor was expertly installed and looks fantastic. Brad was not the least expensive, but the quality of the product choices and the time spent making sure the installation was perfect made him the best one for the job.
