Nik did a wonderful job restoring the photo of my grandparents! The original picture is 124 years old and in very bad condition. I am thrilled with the restoration and Nick also did a beautiful job framing it. Very pleased and impressed with the final outcome. Nik is a highly skilled perfectionist and a very pleasant gentleman. I highly recommend Old Town Photo.

Nik did a wonderful job restoring an old family photo which had deteriorated considerably. He digitized the original and removed damage, tears, dirt, and restored the image to better than its original condition. He is friendly and easy to work with and a professional at his trade.

Great work with some custom mattes that I needed to fit some artwork into frames. It was a little difficult to find, but when you get to the door, on King Street, just push it open and head to the third floor, you’ll find this little cozy studio with some of the kindest staff you’ll ever meet. I had a great experience with Old Town Photo! They restored my parents' wedding photo, which involved restoring color but also removing people from the image and filling in the background. They were very respectful of how precious family photos are, and they took excellent care of the reference photos I provided them. The service was pricey, but I did not comparison shop, so I can't say how they compare to others who provide this service. After meeting with them, I felt like their expertise (they showed me samples of their work) and trustworthiness outweighed whatever savings I might yield from searching for a cheaper option.The communication (by email) was great, and they delivered faster than originally promised. FANTASTIC! I brought two 'family heirloom' photos, each over 100 years old to Nick. He did a phenomenal, excellent job! He explained the process and addressed my questions and concerns. The results for each photo were spectacular! I know online reviews are often awash In empty superlatives, but in the case of Old Town Photo each superlative is well earned and accurate! I have a few more photos that I will be taking to Nick soon. This IS a place you can trust your heirlooms to!!!!
