This address at Leonard st. Lehigh is wholesale only (NOT Retail) don't go there because there is no one to talk to and NO signs to tell you otherwise not even online, all doors are locked and NO signs saying this is not a showroom. The actual showroom in Fort myers displays all STONE PRODUCTS, PAVER PRODUCTS ARE OUTSIDE and customer service was horrible, unless your a wholesale buyer installer. They all want you to shop online but the website for this addresses TOTALLY NEEDS UPDATED..😡

I stopped in to get some ideas regarding what kind of stone I might want for an upcoming project. I thought I wanted a certain kind of stone until I saw it in person but they have a lot of options to choose from. Jon provided excellent customer service and patiently guided me through the decision making process and provided a lot of education along the way. He also provided a list of local contractors upon request so I can obtain multiple quotes and receive the best results. Highly recommend visiting this location!

Coastal delivered pavers today for our pool company. The driver put the pallets right in front of our gate, blocking it, saying he couldn’t fit through the 8’ gate. When we said something, he was very rude, he said he could take them back if we didn’t like it! We had to tell him to move them onto our front lawn. We are not happy with this driver and hope he is not a true reflection of the company!

Was looking for some additional pavers to match the existing installation. In talking to the representative, they stated they will only sell by the pallet and I needed far fewer stones. Seems fishy as no job they supply will need a number of stones that equal pallets of 120. Go to others and save yourself the headaches.

Very dirty customer service experience, before I finished my request over the phone they hung up on me. I called back and the receptionist or person I was speaking with could not give a solid reason as to why he hung up but I sure hope this company make some proper adjustments.
