Ole Brook Heating & Cooling

Closed on a new to us home. After due diligence, we ask Ole Brook Heating and Cooling, to evaluate and clean ducts. Ducts needed replacing and they were “resting” on ceiling joist, adding unneeded weight to ceilings and causing some sweating. When clean & servicing the unit, compressor was bad, joint plan to replace unit and air handler. All work performed safely, quickly and looks really nice to see ducts hanging off deck instead of laying flat on joist. Employee s and all office staff, knocked it out the park for a home run for us. Had Ole Brook come look at my AC and was told that I had a loose wire. They left and I went 4 days with it still not cooling. Had Ole Brook come back and they once again said nothing was wrong with it. Well, I went into the attic, which they never went to look and the drain pan was full of water and the door on the air handler was just hanging off. I wasn't aware that the last time they came that they broke the mounting screws holding the door and had taped it in place. I screwed the door in place, which sealed the air handler and problem was solved. Been thinking whole summer that it wouldn't cool down because it was just hot. Nope it was the door.
