The Home Depot

I went with a friend to home depot in Brookhaven, MS tonight. We were there to purchase a couple of supplies we had zero knowledge of what exactly we needed .. its 8:30 pm and the employees we preparing to close.. busy with end of shift work. We were helped my the nicest person possible in 2 separate areas of the store.. Todd did not work in either area.. nice, friendly, and most importantly he knew what he was talking about. You could just tell he enjoys his job..

This is a great store, unfortunately for me I most of the time waste my time going here. My cards are constantly declining at the registers, even though my accounts are good and cards not locked. Instead of a 20 minute drive to get things I need, I have to drive to mccomb to buy things

I took my last visit to a Hone Depot today. i waited 30 minutes (after searching for help) for assistance. HD was out if what I needed. Then I was forced to self checkout. Staff your stores or close! I won't be back

Horrible Customer service in the lumber yard. One of the employees asked the lady employee that I guess supervised the loaders if she had someone to come help unload and her response was "why?" Maybe because its their job!, is what i almost said.
