I have parked here several times booking ahead online and have had no problems. Service has been good and the price is competitive.

They take your money and refuse to let you park or give you a refund. Poorly managed business with unprofessional staff. I understand they may not have spaces, but then manage your business online and don’t sell me a spot you don’t have. At a minimum give a refund to paying customers.

Don’t reserve this garage from parkwhiz ahead of time. There was no spot left when I got there even I paid already.

Poor, poor service. Garage attendant bad mannered and with a poor attitude. He actually should be let go with his attitude towards customers and telling people to "get out" of the garage. Get someone that wants to be there and is grateful to have a job! Tall older man with white hair- please find someone else!

Excellent service. Fast, polite, reasonably price, convenient. Only $36 for 24 hrs for suv, $20 for smaller car.
